Exchange is allowed only for size issues, not for color or style preferences.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.

📦 Domestic Exchange Conditions
Reverse pickup is not available. Customers must self-courier the item back with their name and phone number clearly labeled.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
Shipping label must be included in the return package.
Courier charges are not reimbursed.
Items purchased on discounts or offers are non-exchangeable.
🚫 No Return / Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been sold. Orders cannot be cancelled after placement.

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Send a photo of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

All customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Undelivered or returned parcels due to incorrect address, contact number, or customer rejection are not eligible for refund or redelivery.
Reverse shipping costs due to such cases are borne by the customer.
